I'm originally for Western New York State , home of Cutco and Ontario Cutlery. The Cutco serrated blades are notoriously difficult to sharpen but the DMT does a great job. I suggest getting both the coarse and fine (blue and red) versions. It takes a little practice to get the right angle and width when sharpening serrated blades but once you get it figured out sharpening goes pretty quickly. One thing I particularly like about the DMT tool is the diamond chips are attached via brazing or something similar and they do not pull out of the matrix at all. I've probably sharpened 200 times with these tools and they cut just as well now as they did on day one. I also like the folding feature. Perfect for a quick touch up when out in the field.
