I used them for my local police to send away to Virginia for an out of state CCW. I had no issues **Q: What is the difference in the ones you buy vs. downloading the form from the FBI's website?** A: no difference standard government form **Q: Has anybody used these recently (2016 or late 2015?) and them go through and accepted ok??
