The main reason I don't like this product, the audio communication doesn't work that well. And the biggest dislike is dealing with iSmartAlarm; one of their product (remote tag) along with the alarm package I got was defective. The customer service and support was among the worst ever. Instead of helping me and sending me replacement remote, they made me buy a special tiny screwdriver set to open the remote and reset the battery - just to find out it was defective in the first place. I regret going with iSmartAlram. ### ⭐ Not good *by R***O on Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2018* I am lowering my rating from a three to a one. I have struggled with the overall iSmart system since I purchased it and it has never worked reliably. Despite their excellent and patient customer support that helped somewhat, I continue to have dropped sensors, and a particular camera can work perfectly one minute, and get stuck 15 minutes later. Their keypad is a joke, as there are very frequent "communication errors". The iSmart cameras, and indeed the entire system, is very inconsistent, unreliable and untrustworthy in their performance.I have excellent WiFi coverage in my home, and multiple devices, including TV's, iPads, iPhones, etc. work perfectly. Even closer to the point, I have had a Skybell, running off of the same system, and in over four months of use I have never had a failed or dropped connection.When the iSmart system works, it is great, but unfortunately I am having to trash my entire system (spent over $1000 on cameras, motion detectors, sensors, etc) because no security system is any good if you cannot trust it. ### ⭐ Great Product Idea, poor implementation. *by L***2 on Reviewed in the United States on April 13, 2017* Great Idea, Bad overallI had one of these camera's installed in my living room, to watch the kids while I was out of the house and generally be able to keep an eye on events while not being present.Spot ran a sale and I purchased two more of the spot camera's, Well that was a huge mistake, upon setting up the two new cameras they initially connected to the system just fine, but detected that a new software update was available and the software stated that I should install the update.Big HUGE mistake.upon installing the update the cameras will not authenticate to my network anymore so I sent an email in to tech support. They replied back within 24 hours. 10 days later they have asked me to do the same process over and over again, expecting a different outcome.
