I was a little bit worried when I saw how much text was on each page, and I noticed that the voice of the narrator is slower on this CD than on our others, but my daughter (3 years old) didn't seem to mind, and she was intrigued from the first listen. She loved it, so we saw the movie soon after! I actually think it was helpful to read the book first to give a basic introduction of the plot before seeing the movie. When we are at home, we use a boombox to listen to the CD, but I also love taking these in the car. My daughter can turn the pages of the book on her own when she hears the chime and loves following along with the story. Note: this book is a bit longer than the other Disney Read-Along books in our collection. The older books (Finding Nemo, Toy Story, The Lion King) are all about 10 minutes in length, and this one is 22:13 in length. Not a problem, necessarily, but something to note.
