This site lists the sizes.  Passport and personal are different according to them.  Google "passport size vs personal size midori"

**Q: Has anybody used these on Field Notes/Cahier sized (3.5 in x 5.5 in) notebooks?**
A: What you want for the Field Note size is the PASSPORT Connection Band.  Cahier is typically 5 x 8.25, and you might do better with the Standard bands.  Hope that helps.

**Q: How many inserts/notebooks were you able to put in the Midori's leather notebook cover?**
A: Regular Size (RS) cover allows for 3-4 inserts, that’s booklets, folders and such and XL RS, being 20 mm wider, will allow for 6-8 inserts.  It all depends on the inserts, not all inserts are the same. You have your folders, plastic zipper pouches, leather wallet inserts and booklets

**Q: Will these work for  a pocket size traveler's notebook?**
A: I'm not sure what you're referring to as pocket, since now there are varying small sizes.  However, if you're referring to small Moleskine or Field Note size notebooks then, yes, these work just fine.
