It is nicely bound and its size makes it impossible to misplace. I do wish there were options other than black for the cover. I chuckle every time I see the panda face on the cover. The paper is a cut above standard planner paper; it is it smooth, heavier than looseleaf paper, made for gel pens and colored pencils if that’s what you like, very well bound, with two attached ribbon bookmarks. On looks, feel, and overall quality alone, I’d give it ten stars. It includes monthly and weekly calendar pages, undated, and places to list goals and objectives. I don’t carry a planner with me because I have one on my phone and iPad that I use for appointments and reminders, but I purchased the Panda planner for a different reason - to help me organize my internal self and priorities, and it’s perfect for that. I love the bonus of coloring pages - sometimes when one gets stuck, getting lost in the creative process can bring you back to focusing when your brain calms down. As a person with ADHD, this is a godsend. I really haven’t used it enough to fully appreciate how it’s going to work out.As I’m retired, and, because I have my electronic devices to tell me when it’s time for an appointment, I don’t use the hourly schedule lines in the planner for that purpose. I tried to use them to log what exercises I’ve done that day, but that didn’t work (maybe I need an exercise journal, too) because there wasn’t enough space for that, so I use that section to list daily tasks and accomplishments. That’s important for me. And that’s my one complaint about this planner - it doesn’t really give you space to consider the big picture - your goals and objectives, wild ideas, hopes and dreams for your life in general. Perhaps this planner is not designed to do that. Most likely, there is no planner in existence that has space for everything I’d want. However, the design of this planner does allow for daily and weekly reflection, and, who knows - maybe after a year of diligent use, I will create my own, personally tailored to ME, planner, for the next year.Overall, an excellent product. I am old fashioned and have used a paper and pencil weekly/monthly planner for about 20 years starting with day times. I love the lay out where you can see a month at a glance. the squares a large enough to write several items in. the weekly section also has space to write in info. I really wish however, that it was not so big and heavy. It is 8 1/2 x 11 which means i cannot carry it in my spacious purse and have to carry a separate bag with me, which is ok because i have to carry a separate bag with water bottle and other things any way. i also wish that the monthly pages had tabs and the weekly pages did as well. i comes with 3 ribbons that are meant to function as bookmarks so you can find your place but that doesn't work for me. at least monthly tabs would be better. I also wish there was a small elastic to put your pencil in. since it is not wire bound i cannot hook my mechanical pencil or pen clip anywhere and i end up often losing the pencil.i really like the coloring page and it's just enough - 1 per week. i wish there was a section in the back that had just blank note pages. there is also a pocket on the back cover that seems sturdy to put extra papers.overall i like it but i really wish it was at least slight smaller and less heavy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars If you need to focus, prioritize, and plan your time better, this planner is for you *by A***Y on Reviewed in the United States on April 29, 2017* I have been using this planner for a few weeks now. I really love it. I have had a lot of health and family challenges in my life recently. I am fortunate enough to have few moths time to make some long overdue changes - new treatments for my health, new job... So I am definitely in transition which is hard enough! But as a single mom with two kids with disabilities, it can be downright overwhelming. This planner has helped me get organized, stay focused, and stay on track! All of this transition, and this planner helps keep it manageable.There are a few versions of this planner and they all seem really great. Which one is better? I think it's about which one is better for your personal style and for your needs at that time. In looking back at his other products, I am thinking I might do better with the DAILY FOCUS (one page per day) as opposed to the WEEKLY FOCUS (the whole week laid out across two pages for full view when the planner is open.) So I will probably switch over to that one at some point.
