When it came, it seemed so much bigger than its measurements and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to cook evenly over a hob. However, I needn't have worried, the heat radiated evenly throughout the pan and it was so easy to stir and turn the food without it spilling any over the sides and onto the cooker. The non-stick surface works beautifully with a minimal amount of oil. I also love the detachable silicone handle covers - very handy when you've been cooking over a hot stove or using it in the oven. Best of all, it's dishwasher safe but also very easily cleaned under running water. My one and only gripe is the black ring on the underside of the pan, in the centre. The 'black' seems to come off, so if you're wiping it over with your best tea towel - beware. Unless you have a huge kitchen, finding somewhere to store it could be a problem, afterall, it's not exactly small but I found it fits neatly into my standard oven so it sits there until I need to use the oven/pan.
