I've started doing 10 min on green + 10 min red and can see an improvement in my skin already after 2 weeks. I usually do 4-5 x / week while watching TV before bed. My prior mask was USB charge and it would only hold a charge for about a week at a time. I love that this mask has a plug that is pretty long so it's been easy to use. The head straps are comfortable and don't move or chafe at all. The mask doesn't fit as snug to my face as my prior one did but the instructions for this one do tell you that because all face shapes are different if it isn't as snug as you'd like or doesn't sit close enough on your face you should use it laying down. I've not had any problems with the target areas around my eyes and lips so even though it isn't a perfect fit it's very easy to use and wear. It's easy to use and after 1 use, I could see a slight difference in my skin. It just seemed a little more even. I like that this mask has more lights than the other masks I've seen and you can also put it on auto mode, where the lights change on it's own. I will give a skin update once I've used it for some time. Some cons: I didn't feel like the instruction manual gave much instructions. I didn't know what the brackets were for. The manual literally says, "There are a few Youtube tutorials, you can search to learn." I didn't like that it didn't give the instructions forthright. Also the strap (or bandage, as it's referred to in the manual) is too tight, even after adjusting. I felt like it was too pressed agains my eyes. Once I replaced it with the brackets, it was so much better. The first time I used it, I used the strap plus protective eye mask and it was just too uncomfortable. (the eye mask itself is pretty tight too and I've always felt like I have a small/ medium sized head lol). After that first use, my eyes were blurry for about 30- 45 minutes. After using it the 2nd time, I only used the brackets and placed the eye covering over my eyes instead of securing it behind my head. My eyes were still blurry for about 10 minutes when I was done. I think I will purchase tanning goggles; the pressure from the flat eye protection mask and the beauty mask is just too much for my eyes. As stated before, so far I like the beauty mask, itself, but there can be some improvements on the comfortability.
