Can't get a replacement or refund for this "lifetime warranty" item. I've e-mailed several times - they open the e-mail (my e-mail program identifies this) but they do not respond. They did respond once - saying I've already gotten a refund and that's that. Not quite - I bought two, and returned one. The one I kept is the one that broke, obviously. **Q: Does the bottle ever leak water?** A: No. There's an airtight seal between the silicone "cup" top of the bottle and the stainless steel bottle. The bottle screws into the the top. The water spout is also locked until you push the button on top of the bottle to open it and then tap the side button to close the spout. Its very easy to use and should never leak if used correctly. **Q: Can you pour left over water back into the bottle or does it go to waste?** A: Yes. Water comes out the slits when the button on the top is pressed down so you can tilt the flap to have the water come out or go back into the bottle. It’s a very clever design, I highly recommend it. I just wish the bottle is insulated. **Q: Does the bottle leak?** A: No, if does not leak. However, if you end up not paying attention and have the bowl portion on improperly so the button is not able to pop out all the way, then it will. We discovered this when my husband removed the whole bowl unit and it did not go back on properly. Now I just check it each time.
