It absolutely works for me to grow hair, reduce hair fall and makes my skin soft. This is my 3rd bottle and I would recommend to anyone who is having hair issues. I see the most noticeable benefits there. I tried cutting down the dose for about 1 month to every other day and when I went back to everyday, I realized that it was helping my skin a bit more than I thought. But the reduced hair fall was still there even on n every other day dosing schedule. It's just more effective when taken everyday.

Its been about two weeks since i started taking this and my nails are growing like crazy. I work with my hands so my nails are always prone to chips, but alas. The chipped nails are growing back fast.

I use this powder as a beauty/makeup product instead of an internal supplement. Essentially, I break open the capsules and empty it into a bamboo cosmetic container to use as a dupe for 100% Pure's Bamboo Blur Powder which is essentially really expensive translucent (but safe for you) powder that contains only one ingredient: bamboo silica. I haven't used the 100% Pure's Bamboo Blur Powder, but this seems to work well for the purpose of temporarily making your pores appear smaller, blotting oil, and providing a slightly more even complexion.

I just started this over a month ago for hair re-growth... It seems to be doing it's job so far... my hair "feels" like it may be finally filling in! I can't wait to see what it's like in 6 months :)

I like them because they are healing what needs to be fixed from the inside to outside. I have been experiencing dark toe nails and these pills seem to be really good for that. Because my nails were so dark it has taken more than 4 months and counting but the price is okay for monthly costs.

The wife is completely satisfied with this product, and insists I keep reordering it. I'm sure there are other equally good products for less, but even if the specs are almost identical, she won't even consider it. She found something that works well and saving a few dollars is a non issue. (:/)

I ordered this brand specifically bc no magnesium stearate was indicated in the ingredients. When I received it, the bottle itself shows magnesium stearate. I do my best to avoid stearates as they make me break out. I tried 3 days of this, 1 a day and I started to break out. Not about to take any more of this. Disappointed that the photo online does not accurately reflect the ingredients.
