I have sensitive teeth and was nervous about this irritating them, but surprisingly, I have no sensitivity. This product actually works, and I noticed a difference after using it about 3 times. I love that this one has the option of blue, red or a combination red/blue.After using it for a week twice a day, I still had 0 sensitivity and saw that it definitely whitened my teeth a lot more compared to when I used whitening strips.The company of this brand is amazing as well.
