A: This supplement has a dosage of 2 capsules. The daily dosage of 2 capsules contains 1500mg of Vitamin C and 40mg of Zinc. This is clearly mentioned on the labels and detailed product information. The label clearly states that there are 180 capsules and this is for 3 months (90 days), therefore there are 2 capsules per day as the daily recommended dosage.
