Review: Important Brain Food, Easy to Swallow, Reasonable Price. - In addition to Acetyl L-Carnitine and Alpha Lipoic Acid, Phosphatidylserine is probably the most important brain foods out there. All the most advertised nootropic (cognitive enhancer) brands I've seen have Phosphatidylserine as one of their top ingredients. I'm more alert and my recall is much improved when I take it. I've also found that 500 mg is a good daily dose, and sometimes take 2 if I think I need a special brain boost. I've been using this product for almost 10 years, and I believe Vitamin World's brand to be and easy to swallow caplet at a reasonable price.
