As soon as I removed the oil drain bolt, the oil filled the shallow well within about 3 or 4 seconds, and then it just overflowed. I couldn't believe it. I drained about 4.5 quarts of oil from my vehicle, and only caught about 2 quarts in the storage container because it couldn't drain from the shallow well to the container itself fast enough. It ended up taking a few minutes for the oil that didn't overflow to actually transfer to the inside of the container from the shallow well. I think the drain hole needs to be larger so it can drain as fast as the oil hitting the container, but then the screw in plug wont fit it anymore.I am scared to use this product again, as it took me about 45 minutes to clean up 2.5 quarts of used motor oil from my garage floor. Good thing my tire was barely off the ground. ### ⭐⭐ Disappointing *by G***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2017* I'm disappointed in this. NO ONE can make an good oil container/drain. It's a bit pathetic. I had high hopes for this one. I already knew the clear trays were a gimmick, but I didn't care.The main issue is that the pan drain hole is too small. It almost overflowed today even with the vent hole open because the drain hole was drilled terribly. This can be fixed with a dremel or large drill bit, but I should not have to modify products.Also the main cap leaks. My car holds 6.5 quarts of oil. On it's side, this puts to oil level over the green cap and it leaks from the side. It's slow. Not a huge deal, but it should not leak.The clear tray is also useless. The oil will just flow underneath the tray and soak the outside of the container. Like I said, I knew this would happen, but fair warning, DO NOT buy extra trays. They're pointless. Luckily I didn't.EDIT: I believe I fixed the cap leak by trimming the top of the spout to have a flat, even surface for the cap to seal on. I also drilled out the pan hole so it won't overflow next time. Should be work OK now, but I should have to do this. ### ⭐ Overflow.... Disappointed *by K***H on Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2017* Everything looked good until I actually used it. I lifted my car opened the air vent removed the plastic tab from the inside, placed it under the car. The moment I opened the drain plug it filled up in 5 seconds and started to overflow. So I opened the main drain plug, it helped a bit, but it was still overflowing. After all the oil drained I had a big puddle of oil on the concrete that I had to clean up. My car holds 6.9 quarts of oil and a lot of it ended up on the driveway.
