As a first time EVER using iron on vinyl I was petrified after reading the reviews and convinced I was going to ruin my material even attempting to use this stuff. However, it went on with out any problems and looks great! I used parchment paper on top of the carrier clear they have on the vinyl just to be safe that it didn't stick to my iron. I set my iron on silk. I held it on the parchment paper for about 30 seconds pushing firmly, then removed the parchment paper and put the iron directly on the carrier plastic for another 15 seconds or so. I slowly removed the plastic from the vinyl and it came off with no problem. I'm happy with the vinyl and would use it again.
