First the "OAP" Oxygen Absorbers Packs were vacuum sealed 10 per pack. I filled 4 bags ( gallon size) with rice, 20 lbs total leaving around 4 inches at the top to seal. Then opened 1 pack of OAP'S placing 1 per bag then immediately resealed the rest of them in the pack they came in using a hot clothes iron. The oxygen indicator in the pack i opened turned a purple color, but not blue. Guess i got them sealed quickly enough. Then I layed the bags one at a time on the table with a short piece of 2x2 lumber i had and placed the open end on the 2x2 and ran the hot iron across the end a few times. They seam to have sealed well and it was a very simple process. The kit comes with good instructions and the bags/ oap's look to be a quality product.
