[There was an older BRIM espresso machine that did not have a hot water wand but the latest machine does] **Q: Every time I try to pour a shot or steam milk it goes for about a second then makes a sound as if the pressure is relieving and stops working? Help** A: I had the same problem, the machine is worthless, I tossed mine in the trash and went to Best Buy and bought a better machine for the same price.
