I wanted it thin, pure white fleece. I found this. One I neatly trimmed off the selvages, 2 yards made it lay just barely over the sides of my full size bed. The length is fine. I wish it were just that little bit wider, because then it would be ultra-perfect in all ways possible. Even so, even with that just-enough-blanket-for-one-person-width-any...this banket is divine. This will be my everyday of my life blanket. I'll put it to the test when really cold weather blows in, but I think that it will be outstanding undler my comforter until it get seriously cold and I have to lay another heavier fleece on top of it. Before I trimmed the selvage, I washed and dried the blanekt. It washed AMAZINGLY PERFECT. No shrinkage. No pilling at all. Soft enough to swaddle a newborn baby. Honestly.
