The company stood by its name and customer base. They reached out to me. The tips they gave me did not work, so they refunded my money. I want to give more stars for the product because a few years ago it was great, but something has changed. Too liquidy When I bought this a few years ago when it was gel. It works. I followed the directions from the seller on how to make it not liquid. Nothing works. This is hard to put in the mouth tray when it is water. I stand over the sink with the mouth tray on so the liquid will not bleach my top or rug. I know this works for whitening the teeth. But I need the mouth guard to help make that happen, and with liquid in the form of water, that is not an option.
