I installed it on a friend's Sig M400 with a stainless steel 16in barrel. Was a little tough to find good 1in tube mounts for it but once I did and zeroed it at 50yd, it was so pleasant to group with. On full magnification at 50 - 200 yards it was easy to put rounds inside of 1 inch circle targets. Very easy to hit targets out to 500 yards with this, makes for a great hunting scope. Just make sure you remember what power magnification you zero your rifle on because the zero will shift based on the magnification. Review: Well worth the money. - Was a little skeptical about buying a low cost scope, but I absolutely love this scope. Very clear, love the thin reticle and it holds zero, shot after shot. Granted, it's mounted on a .223 cal. and I can't speak for it's performance on a more powerful rifle. I plan to try one on a 6.5 Creedmoor.
