I only felt relief on my first visit and it became a pricey "experiment" so we decided to get these. They do seem to be of high quality and the kit comes with everything you need to get started, minus a decent booklet with diagrams that can actually be read. We saw a physical therapist who performed cupping and scraping therapy in addition to massage and stretching. This changed our lives. It improved our health, physical and mental, tremendously. We decided to buy this set to try it out for ourselves. This set is amazing. It’s on par with his $400 set and does A phenomenal job. Watch some videos or read the included instructional booklet to get an idea on where to place the cups for treatment. Basic anatomy knowledge helps as well. It’s super easy to use which is great. The set also includes a very nice scraper and some cool magnetic needles to be used with the cupping therapy. This is an amazing set and tool for maintaining and restoring your bodies equilibrium.
