Each bundle was labled with the length and in a hair net then inside a plastic bag. (Came with a cute little extra gift inside the box as well).Hair: So far the hair seems awesome! When combing through the hair there were A FEW tiny pieces of what looks like dried glue. They slid out fairly easy though. Didn't notice really any shedding when combing through them. They are wavy as described, soft, and the same shade of black and texture throughout. I did test a strand with my straightener and it's real hair. It straightened really easily I might add and with little heat (I don't set my heat setting very high).**I get these sewn in on 9.12.2016. I will post a few pictures afterwards of the finished product as well as the hair before installation. After a few weeks I'll try to remember to come back and update the status after wearing it for a bit. In the packs they looked and smelled ok, but I had been fooled before. I think I purchased a 12,14,16,18.....it cost $120 total which I was happy with.Takeaways:-I wanted a very FULL FULL FULL look because I'm a singer and need drama on stage. While EVERYONE complimented my hair, I wasn't happy with the layers. The next time I purchase this hair I will probably get 16,16,18,18; that way the person who installs it won't have to cut or shape too much. For me the layers are way too noticeable.-My install has a middle part leave out and a side part leave out. This could impact how the layers fell.-This is some pretty good curly hair. After wetting the hair, I put some of Miss Jessies Curl Pudding (it's purple) in it, evenly distributed throughout, and just placed the hair in two big pigtail twists. When I undid the twists the next morning the hair was completely dry.....and imagine my surprise that the hair was even SOFTER THAN WHEN I PULLED IT OUT OF THE PACKAGE THE FIRST TIME. SUPER DUPER moisturized curls that have amazing definition.I'm trying to think why I only gave the hair 4 starts not 5....it probably is due to my unhappiness with the install and not the hair itself.
