Assembly took less than 20 minutes. My only complaint is that the headrest does not hold its position very well. Some electrical tape cured that. I wasn't even going to use the headrest at first but with the angle of my monitors, it is a very handy feature to have. I haven't had any issues with the cylinder 'drifting' yet. I did purchase a memory-foam seat cushion for this chair. The chair itself is wonderful. I am 5'11" at ~250 lbs and it feels like the chair was made for my back and neck perfectly. However, the headrest slides up and down a bit if you push it with minimal force. The arms are also about an inch or two lower than I would like overall.
