**Q: are boththe seat ans the top padded?**
A: The inside of the lid and the back of the seat isn’t but the top of the lid and the seat is. Very comfortable and closes very softly.

**Q: I am a little confused is this seat a soft one or is it a wood one i was buying the soft one that's my goal. please inform me which it is and if soft**
A: It is a soft seat. My first one cracked after a year. I don't think the is one will last that long. It already is getting a crease. But I recommend it over a hard wooden one.

**Q: Will the Luxe Bidet Neo 185 fit this toilet seat?**
A: Read the worst reviews, it wont matter if it fits since the seat will split open shortly after installed.  It is not worth buying.
