It looks expensive. Regarding value, the salt/pepper grinder offers excellent value for the price. NOTE: I would have paid twice as much for the product, as it meets and exceeds all of my expectations. As important and impressive as the product is for customers based on my experience, the customer service is equally if not more significant to me as all of the questions and issues that were presented to the owner were answered completely and professionally. The company will definitely take care of any product-related concerns if and when they arise.
