BUT I do have to say the results were very pleasing. The noise level is exactly as others attested to and not too loud at all. In fact, it's more quiet than my normal Dyson vacuum. It's so easy to control via my phone and it really does a GREAT job of doing your general surface cleaning. I have 3 dogs so they pretty much leave it be and let it run it's course. Plus I can control what areas I want it to clean via my phone. And to have it automatically empty the debris itself is just another plus.
