We're not lobsters - why is this such a breakthrough? In any case they are a little roomy - my hands are relatively large (compared to the president anyway) -- these might swallow a small hand. Also, you do start to feel some significant heat around 600/650 degrees. I would definitely go slowly if I tried to grip something at 900 degrees. But where a pizza stone from my grill blackened a mitt at 550 these took the heat pretty well - I didn't have to run to put it down and that's money in my book. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Works very well. *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 19, 2017* They seem to work well. Not quite sure they work any better than the Ove Glove we have had for years. Certainly not disappointed though. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars they are comfortable and I can handle hot coals (briefly) with them *by C***L on Reviewed in the United States on January 9, 2017* they are comfortable and I can handle hot coals (briefly) with them. The perform the task for which I bought them.thanks --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/34622080-heat-resistant-gloves-for-bbq-glove-grilling-cooking-hot-ovens](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/34622080-heat-resistant-gloves-for-bbq-glove-grilling-cooking-hot-ovens) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
