Review: Good quality - As described good quality Review: They are amazing but watercolor graphite improves it - I only read one review with some negative experience. They lose some of the layers in dust form. Well I have found my old water soluble graphite and instead of paper blender. Technalo 779 is perfect to keep the markings on the paper and it is very good at reducing graphite shine too. Basicly I am doing burnishing with water color graphite and it has two benefits. They are similar to Steadler Lomograph Mars Black ( also a really lovely pencil) but with deeper tones 10b, 12b, and 14b. I should think that you could use them for fine hair and the like. Pencils deployed and enjoyed already - and do indeed sharpen without breaking. Admittedly only the pencils used thus far so the blending stick, sharpener and eraser not yet tried - but a nice inclusion in the pencil-set tin.
