**Q: is this 115V or 220V?  Photo shows 220V**
A: This is 115V.

**Q: Is this an original embraco compressor or aftermarket compressor? does it replace emi 30her? (513302827)**
A: It looked original to me. I ordered it at the direction of our repair person. We used it on an old Sub-Zero fridge and once installed, it worked again. Hope this helps.

**Q: Does this unit include the relay and the overload protector?**
A: mine did not had to buy relay and overload protector separate
