I like the 1/16" thickness, it cuts through metal fast and doesn't waste a lot. It's also a sturdy enough wheel that you don't have to worry too much about it breaking. But, it is thin, so you don't use it properly, it will break.Most of the time, the paper label disintegrates with no issues, but I did have one that bound up when I was cutting through 1 inch square tubing. I stopped, removed the label and it was fine, but I wanted to mention that, I've never had a grinding wheel label cause me any trouble up to that point.You will save a ton by buying these in the 50 pack. But each disc in my package of 50, has major rust on the arbor. So it is difficult to install and remove these discs from my angle grinder.I used these cutoff discs on both my Dewalt and my Porter Cable anger grinders. Both had difficulty in installing and removing these discs. What I would do is use a round file to remove the rust from the center arbor of these discs before installation.
