I was able to cut 1/4 inch without too much effort. It does cut thinner stock easier. Not a good choice for Ferris metal. **Q: Will this blade fit my Ryobi BS902 band saw ?** A: yes I believe it will. My Ryobi band saw uses this blade very well but without going out to the shop I am not certain if my model is BS902 or 901 but I am fairly certain it is a BS902. **Q: My saw will take 1/4" to 3/8" blades, so 3/8 is the widest I can use. Is the 3/8" good for resawing, or should I resaw on the table saw?** A: There is to much give with a 3/8” blade. I would not recommend using it to resaw. You would have to ratchet the tension to a point where the blade could fail going through the wood. I have a 3/8” blade on my bandsaw and I attempted to resaw with poor results. Go the table saw route. **Q: Will this fit Craftsman 113.244580 model bandsaw?** A: This model specifies 59-1/4" blade, so likely it will work. Excellent. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ saw blade *by A***R on 28 September 2021* Bought for a friend, he is happy ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent - Cuts through hardwood with ease *by E***N on 2 March 2018* This is a great blade. Excellent quality. So far I have cut though a variety of woods- 3/4" Ebony, 1" Purple Heart, 7/8" Black Palm, 3/4" Bocote - And this blade has cut through them all with extreme ease, like cutting through butter. I have also cut softer woods like walnut, maple, cedar, Monkey Pod, Mango, and it does an excellent job cutting through these as well. I definitely recommend this product based on my experience. Update: I initially installed this on 25-Feb, it is now 18-Jun and I am finding that it is time to change the dulling blade. So it lasted about 4 months. In that 4 months I used it for my sole band saw cutting and made a little more than 1,000 cuts. Most of these cuts were through hardwood at either 3/4" or 1" thick. I think it is still excellent, especially for the price. My previous blade was from SKIL and I was never able to determine how long it took to get dull as it would just flat out break on me (at least on 3 occasions that I remember). At least this one didn't break and lasted its entire life as useful. I could have continued with it for at least a couple more weeks if I needed to, but at the price, might as well not make it hard on me.
