My side rails on my trailer are 2x6 all other are 2x4** A: A 2x 6 has a perimeter of 14", a 12" wide carpet will not meet on the back side. **Q: How many ounces is this carpet?** A: This is what I used to replace my bunk boards and used this carpet. I can't tell you how many ounces but after doing it a few times it is the same as the more expensive carpet and cut straight and not short.
