The foil cutter on the pink one "hyper-extended" the first time I used it, it is now useless to me. The double hinge on the second one bent the first time I used it, it is now useless to me. I gave Zerlite the benefit of the doubt (the ratings were good and after all they did come with those nice little gift boxes) and reached for cutter #2... which also instantly broke during its first use. Cute box or not, I was miffed.While I fully realize one should never blindly accept online information, I have come to reasonably depend on Amazon ratings. The very first time we used it a cutting wheel and pin fell of. I superglued it back on and tried it again yesterday and another pin and cutting wheel fell off.
