To be honest because of blood pressure issues I have I don't intake much salt so I don't get the proper amount of iodide in my system. I'm happy with the product so far because it immediatly brought down the swelling, but to be honest I have been making a lot of lifestyle changes that work in conjunction with adressing the issue so I'm confused at this point whether or not it's the product that is working or healthly choices. As of now I think it's a little of both!!
