Used it for 3 Muay Thai sessions so far and including sparring. It’s amazing and worth every penny, you can feel and smell the quality. Perfectly fits my slightly below average sized hand as a man, perfect wrist protection ( must wear a good hand wrap tho ). 14 ounces is just about right for bag and being thoughtful to your spar mates lol.

If your looking for 1 good pair of gloves for Muay Thai, I would recommend this instead of getting 2 cheaper pairs.Bvg1 is a multipurpose glove, you can use it for daily training, bag, pads and sparring. The Gloves are quality made and even smells like it and feels like it.
