Llevava tiempo tratando de meditar y era imposible ver si era sujestion o real, la única manera es tener alguien o algo que indique si progresas o si realmente esta meditando y nada mejor que una cinta donde puedas ver tus ondas cerebrales, después de investigar adquirí la de Flowtime, sinceramente la configuración y uso es sencilla, eso si, al emparejar lo primero que hizo fue actualizar el firmware y empecé a usarla, sorpresa interferencias y me puse en contacto son el servicio postvenda que es de lo mejor que he encontrado jamás, todas mis preguntas resueltas y después de unas prueba y solicitarme la versión sin pedirlo me enviaron una diadema nueva que no llego pero que ellos mismos a los días me comunicaron habían tenido un problema por aduanas y me enviaban otra desde italia y en 3 días diadema flowtime nueva, una versión nueva y más cómoda, las interferencia ya són menos, el material es bueno y el software bien, lástima de idiomas solo está en inglés pero nada que con google no se solucione, la aplicación tiene multitud de opciones destinadas a mejorar la experiencia, necesitas tiempo y ellos me han ayudado a comprender las gráficas o sea son interpretativas, me pasaron un vídeo donde explican a todo lujo de detalles las gráficas y esto también ayudó, también en inglés pero youtube traduce los subtitulos al español y perfectissimo, la verdad, la recomiendo y la volvería a adquirir y escribo esto por que realmente se lo merecen, el servicio es muy muy bueno, y la diadema funciona muy bien ahora. Las interferencias en mi caso han sido cerca de dispositivos bluetooth y wifi cómo router o reloj, pero dada la utilización prefiero que sea sensible, todo ello ha echo que detenga el wifi en casa para descansar ya que da que pensar, gracias por flowtime, ha sido un antes y un después en mi progreso a aprender sobre la meditación.
