It's not strong enough for impurities that are deeper within the skin, but I have had success with more surface level stuff like sebaceous filaments and it makes the skin feel smoother (if you produce a lot of sebum, you'll know what I mean). You will see the gunk from your face on the scraper, but it's definitely not as extreme as influencers show, lol. It works better on flat skin than it does on small curves like your nose. It's given me really good results on my jawline (which is difficult to reach), and I use it regularly (1-2 days) on my T-zone since I produce a ridiculous amount of oil and sebum.
