A: Not sure, try removing and putting it back on.

A: I would like to know as well.  My granddaughter has lost all hers as well.

**Q: What kind of plastic are the pieces? is yhis pvc-free?**
A: I don’t know what kind of plastic it was made of. It was a gift and the kids liked it well enough… but completely junk. I would never purchase again. It will be in a landfill within a year I’m sure. I was so disappointed with the quality of this product. The game sets lopsided… and the marbles roll to one end… I actually had bought it for two different sets of children and both games were poorly constructed.
