This premium turfgrass seed is ideal for new lawns, as well as overseeding current lawns. Prime Time Tall Fescue is drought and heat tolerant, traffic tolerant, has an elite dark green color, is ideal for both sunny and shady lawn areas, and has good brown patch resistance. Its shorter growing quality means less mowing for you! - TALL FESCUE performs well in sun or shade, is great for high traffic areas, has a speedy germination time, and is adaptable to many environmental sites. - KENTUCKY BLUEGRASS is great for wear tolerance, vigorous recuperative ability, and broad-based disease resistance while maintaining high summer density. - USE ON residential lawns, athletic fields, municipal and community parks, golf courses, and other high-traffic areas. - NEW LAWN APPLICATION RATE: 8 – 10lbs per 1,000 sq. ft. (340lbs – 425lbs per Acre). When seeding new lawn, use with a starter fertilizer - OVERSEEDING APPLICATION RATE: 4lbs per 1,000 sq. ft. (170lbs per Acre). When overseeding, use with a starter fertilizer. - WHEN TO APPLY: Spring and fall, between 60 degree F and 80 degree F, are the best times to seed, but can be used anytime during the growing season, applicable to your region. If grass seed is applied in fall, any ungerminated grass seeds will remain dormant throughout winter, then germinate when soil temperatures reach 50 degree F in spring. - GERMINATION TIME: Germination of the grass seed mixture will start between 14-17 days. Grass seed will continue to thicken throughout growing season. - NOTE: Any purchase smaller than 50 lbs will be repackaged into a resealable bag. - Sunlight exposure: Full Sun, Partial Sun, Shade - Expected blooming period: Spring to Fall ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B095XFQQ4K | | Best Sellers Rank | #344,034 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ( See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ) #821 in Grass Seed | | Brand | Pendelton Turf Supply | | Brand Name | Pendelton Turf Supply | | Color | Brown | | Customer Reviews | 3.8 out of 5 stars 9 Reviews | | Expected Blooming Period | Spring to Fall | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Outdoor | | Indoor/Outdoor Usage | Outdoor | | Item Weight | 50 pounds | | Manufacturer | Burlingham Seeds, LLC | | Moisture Needs | Regular Watering | | Other Special Features of the Product | Premium | | Plant or Animal Product Type | Grass | | Product Care Instructions | sunlight exposure | | Special Feature | Premium | | Sunlight Exposure | Full Sun, Partial Sun, Shade | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Pendelton Turf Supply - **Color:** Brown - **Expected Blooming Period:** Spring to Fall - **Indoor/Outdoor Usage:** Outdoor - **Item Weight:** 50 pounds - **Moisture Needs:** Regular Watering - **Product Care Instructions:** sunlight exposure - **Special Feature:** Premium - **Sunlight Exposure:** Full Sun, Partial Sun, Shade - **Unit Count:** 1 Count ## Images ![Burlingham Seeds Prime Time 90/10 Mix , 90percent Tall Fescue 10percent Kentucky Bluegrass , Blue TAG Certified Grass Seed (50 lbs (5,000 sq ft)),Brown - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91RmRnlni0L.jpg) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/348046957-burlingham-seeds-prime-time-90-10-mix-90percent-tall-fescue](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/348046957-burlingham-seeds-prime-time-90-10-mix-90percent-tall-fescue) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
