It's sturdy and can hold a decent amount of weight. It also looks sleek. I wouldn't say there are any cons to this product. One improvement that could be made is too sew the card board that holds the shape of the product into the product, but this is a minor improvement to a really well made product.

A: i dont think id wash them but maybe gentle and cold

**Q: what is this shape hook called? For replacement purposes. The only closet storage hooks I see are “S shaped” but these are shaped a bit different.**
A: Don't know the actual answer, but I'd bet the large S-hooks would work just fine.
