**Q: Where can I purchase a replacement charger?**
A: I finally found a charger that fits...its a 42V 1 prong 2.5mm. I bought it on Amazon after having to return several that didn't fit or charge.

**Q: Hello how do you charge the hoverboard because the outlet piece don’t fit it looks different ??**
A: As long as you are based in the US, the charger cable that comes with it will fit a normal wall outlet. It is a normal charger (not usb) with a plug that will connect to a port on the board.

**Q: How do you connect the bluetooth ?**
A: Bluetooth automatically turned on when hoverboard powers on. No separate button for Bluetooth. on phone Bluetooth devices  check for for device name Hoverboard-HY and connect.

Absolutely terrible! It does not charge after 4 days of use! Battery life is shocking! Now I have very disappointed child:(
