I only took 1 dosage and threw it away cuz the taste was so disgusting. My 1st D3 liquid was from big box store that starts with “W” and it was flavorful. I loved it, but they quit making or selling. I now take a gummy d3 vitamin that is much more delightful. **Q: Should this be kept in refrigerator?** A: No, I ended up throwing this product in the trash the taste is just like castor oil. I've brought another type of vitamin d from Walmart it tastes a hell of a lot better than that mess.. **Q: Can this be applied topically?** A: It would not be absorbed as well. You could probably add to non-acidic juice if taste is an issue. It actually does not taste bad and the 5,000iu is a very small amount.
