Don't buy this. *by S***. on May 7, 2018* I have used outside chalkboarda at restaurants for over 10 years in New York City. All year long, in all weather. This one sold me on it's magnetic board, hoping it would have more durability than cheaper ones that suffer in the rain. The board is great but the frame is made out of the dryest softest wood possible. The hardware is junk. The top hinges are 3 inches wide and sunk with tiny little screws. You can see where this is going. One gust of wind and it knocked over and ripped out a hinge. I'm a resourceful guy, so I bought a 24" piano hinge like it should have had the whole time.
