Based on 24 wipes, the price per wipe is much more than $0.21 each. **Q: is there an expiration date?** A: There is no expiration date on the each 12 individual-wipe boxes nor on the individual packets. **Q: Are the plastic pouches (of 4 each) easy to open?** A: Yes, they are very easy to open at either end. I wouldn't go anywhere without them in my purse. I also use them for stubborn stains in the laundry. Work as well if not better than Shout spray. **Q: Do these contain bleach?
