They communicated directly with me without reaching out to them. They also asked to send me a skateboard light for my troubles to help which I thought was pretty rad. Even though the 120 wheels were the wrong size I ordered, they ride amazing! I love the wheels. They’re smooth, consistent and have been quite durable even as I rode over some tough terrain. I feel very comfortable and confident riding on the wheels even when the roads may have been a little damp. Amazon simply shipped the wrong wheels and replaced them without any issue. I like and noticed it said I was riding greater than 110mm wheels. When I looked I got 120mm instead of 105mm. Kind of disappointing.
