(Too bad I can't make coffee like the Spanish.) I didn't buy olive oil over there, because it would be too hard to get it back here with me; but the moment I got back I knew I'd made a mistake. I came looking on desertcart, and I found GringoCool. Taking a risk, I bought both their Hojiblanca and Picual varietals. They are delicious and distinct; very close if not identical to some of my favorites over there... though none of the bottles I found in restaurants and cafes actually identified a specific variety. The Picual has a wonderful peppery finish like it should; the hojiblanca tastes green and fruity; both are almost too good to cook with, great for drizzling on bread or salad... or just try a teaspoon by itself to appreciate it. Review: Misleading description and poorly designed spout - The olive was very good quality however, there are some negatives. First of all, the description is misleading as it describes two bottles 34 ounces. It was two 17-ounce bottles which was not clarified.
