Shock proof and water proof to a really decent depth too. I own much more expensive watches but this one I can wear all day and it doesn’t get in the way - and if I’m wearing long sleeve shorts it will even slip under the cuff if I want it to. In other words it’s a watch with numerous upsides and no known downside. About to buy another as I know no other watch gives me this all-round performance.
