Review: Dangerous - The descaling process resulted in a serious safety incident. The unit was purchased brand new, and within four days it began indicating that descaling was required. When my wife attempted to open the descaling screw as instructed, it suddenly released high-pressure steam, causing burns to her hands. The bathroom was filled with steam and water as a result. This incident demonstrates a significant safety hazard associated with the product. I reported the matter to an desertcart UAE supervisor, Ms. Sinran, who informed me that she would revert after consulting the manufacturer. When I inquired about escalating the issue to the relevant authorities, I was advised not to proceed at that time. My wife experienced pain and discomfort for two days following the incident. Given the severity of this safety issue, I request an immediate investigation and appropriate action.

I received the iron today. The box looks like it was opened before. I was trying to used the product and it was broken. There is leakage from the base of the steam generator. The water tank was empty by half in 5 minutes. I was only trying to iron 1 T-shirt. I was using Philips steam iron for the last 6 years. This one is definitely broken. I have to return it. This is very upsetting.
