Note, take a picture of the right side gear assembly before removing the gear. It can be useful when you want to place the gear back and secure the black bear belt. 3- Release the left side brass bushing which is located all the way on the left end of the gear. 4- Lift the shaft out from the left side and pull out. Note the order of three small washers that are located on the right side of the shaft. Both entrance and exit roller replacements are included in the kit, which is nice, but the parts weren't very well machined. Both of them had issues fitting the little brass piece, one of which requiring me to use a wrench to force it on. Once on, the rotation was smooth.
