I must say, the first time around i used it and followed both instruction (waited 4 minutes on the first try and 10mins on the second try) and it didn’t work so well but after that, I tried to use it longer. I used it on my pube hair area, wrap tissue to protect the thing that it was not supposed to go to and it works like magic! It says in the instruction to wait minimum 4 minutes and 10 minutes maximum but in my case i need to wait a little more (like 5 more minutes) and most of the hair is gone, just need to wipe it down with force (so the hair sticks to the wash cloth or toilet paper). Had to use it twice so i clear the small hair that was left.
